Terms of Service — Data Migration Tool

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Data Migration Tool ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

The Add-on is a Google Workspace Add-on that assists with migrating investor data into AppFolio Investment Management format. It provides:

  • AI-powered field mapping from client spreadsheets to AppFolio import format
  • Data cleaning and validation
  • Email attachment analysis and follow-up email drafting

3. License

Tessaro Data LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Add-on source code
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Add-on
  • Use the Add-on for purposes other than data migration
  • Attempt to access the Add-on's code or underlying systems

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • The Add-on processes your data only to perform the requested operations
  • We do not store, log, or retain your data
  • We do not have access to your spreadsheet content or AI prompts

5. AI-Generated Output

The Add-on uses AI (Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, formerly known as Vertex AI) to assist with field mapping and data transformation. You acknowledge that:

  • AI output requires human review before use in production systems
  • The Add-on is a tool to assist migration specialists, not replace them
  • Tessaro Data LLC is not responsible for errors in AI-generated mappings
  • You are responsible for verifying all output before importing into AppFolio or any other system

6. Availability and Support

  • The Add-on is provided as a managed service by Tessaro Data LLC
  • We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uptime
  • Support is provided via email at support@tessarodata.com
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue the Add-on at any time with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Tessaro Data LLC. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Add-on is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind
  • Tessaro Data LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Add-on
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Add-on shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Add-on in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if no fees were paid)

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it
  • Tessaro Data LLC may revoke your access at any time, with or without cause, by unpublishing or revoking the Marketplace listing
  • Upon termination, your license to use the Add-on ends immediately
  • Data you generated using the Add-on remains in your Google Drive

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
